It all started with a clear purpose — to deliver trusted legal advice across key areas — immigration, human rights, and private family law.
Principal Solicitor -Mrs Hasnath, has over 15 years of dedicated practice in asylum, immigration and human rights law. Throughout a distinguished career she has provided clear compassionate and sound legal advice to individuals and families navigating complex matters.
Our Principal Solicitor holds Level 2 Senior Caseworker and Supervisory Status under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Scheme, demonstrating a high level of expertise and professional recognition in this complex area of law. Uniquely, Mrs Hasnath has also worked in the charity sector, which has equipped her in fully appreciating the legal and practical challenges faced by individuals and families.
The London Lex Practice is currently in the process of facilitating legal aid in the foreseeable future and currently provides immigration and asylum advice on a privately funded basis only.
